The Romantic Heroine short cape
I recently found a new costuming site: The Peacock Manor. It struck me that her " Late 1800s short cape" is an awful lot like the Romantic Heroine Cape from Victorian Trading Co. for $59.95:
...except that I think I like hers better *grin* It would be lovely for a ball.... or even a masquerade ball, yes?
